PPTP SETUP

1. Open your Applications folder.

2. Click on Internet Connect.

3. Click on the VPN icon. A small option window will open.

4. Select the PPTP option and click Continue. The small option window will close.

5. Select Edit configurations in the Configurations drop down menu.

6. When the large option window opens, type in the following:
- Description: (RendexVPN.com)
- Server Address: (Server IP)
- Account Name: (Your Rendex VPN account username)

7. Select the Password option for User Authentication.

8. Click OK and then Connect. A small window will open.

9.Type your password in the 'Please enter your password' field and click OK.

10. Click Connect.

11. Finished! Your VPN connection will now be available in the menu bar, click Connect to use.

L2TP SETUP

1. Open your Applications folder.

2. Click on Internet Connect.

3. Click on the VPN icon. A small option window will open.

4. Select the L2TP over IPSec option and click Continue. The small option window will close.

5. Select Edit configurations in the Configurations drop down menu.

6. When the large option window opens, type in the following:
- Description: (RendexVPN.com)
- Server Address: (Server IP)
- Account Name: (Your Rendex VPN account username)

7. Select the Password option for User Authentication.

8. For Machine Authentication choose "Shared Secret" option.

9. Enter the Pre-Shared Key that was sent to you in the welcome email into the "Shared Secret" field.

10. Click OK and then Connect. A small window will open.

11. Type your password in the 'Please enter your password' field and click OK.

12. Click Connect.

13. Finished! Your VPN connection will now be available in the menu bar, click Connect to use.

Still unable to access all content?

1. From the Connect menu, select Options.

2. Tick "Send all traffic over VPN connection" and click OK.
